Question about 2000 Nissan Frontier
You have 2 cats B1 & B2 and it sounds as if the right side (B1) is clogged. If that's the case you will need to replace it with a new one from your Nissan Dealer. While your in there you should check the condition of that right exhaust manifold as they are known to crack and if so replace it while your replacing the cat. Hope this helps.

A code P0430 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
It is most likely that an O2 sensor just prior to the catalytic converter has gone "lazy" and is not reading properly. To remove the O2 sensor, I would soak the sensor first with a rust penetrant and then you will need a 7/8" wrench or socket (depending on the sensor's location).
