First check to see if the circuit breaker and fuse are ok, then if they are blown or burned out look under the seats for damaged wires, if the circuits are all ok and you have power to the seat switch then test the switch with a 12 volt test light, if it is ok then you will need new seat transmissions. From expeariance it is most times the seat switch that has the problem.

I just purchased a 2006 Navigator and the button to lower the rear seats, does not work. I don't have manual yet, and don't know how to check the fuses, or if this is even the problem...

locate the fuse box under driver side instrument panel, use a test light hook clip to ground and probe each side of each fuse test light should light when you touch or probe top both side of fuse test light should light.if one side dont light fuse blowed both sides light fuse good.also use test light see if power at the switch if yes problem in the seat motor lower mechanism.

SRS Light on Dash Illuminated

Sounds like either you did not connect the seat belt restraint wiring when the seats where put back in. This is a common problem. You will need to look under the seat and make sure that there are no loose wiring at all. The SRS is for the seatbelts.

Can I fit electric seats in my 2001 volvo s60 the seats are from a 2005 model, the problem is in the 2001 car there appears to be not enough cable block connectors to fit into the new seat. and is it...

Yes,if the wiring is not the same, you will have to either find different
wire harnesses that fit, or last but least, have someone good with
electric, find the power wire from the old harness, and get it wired into
the new seats to power them up. Good luck.

I need a wiring diagram for '94 volvo 8-way power seat

Could this be what you're looking for?
I'm a little bit confused as to what you mean by power seats... Do you mean heated seats or seats with electric motors for adjusting them? Anyways, the document linked to below has a circuit diagram of heated seats on page 43, as well as a lot of other components of an 850. Have a look, and good luck!

1990 Vovlo 740 sedan - front seat replacement

There's 4 bolts that hold it down, 2 in the front and 2 in the rear, and then there's 4 aligning pins that fit into holes. Wrench size is 13 mm I believe. The pins have a head on the bottom sort of like a nail, so you have to align the pins/heads just right, and the seat lifts right out. The head on the pin is about 3/4 inch. You have to disconnect the seat heater wire too, and if you have power seats you have to disconnect those wires also. I think on the power seats you take off the assembly on the side of the seat separately.
