After truck runs for5 to 10 min. it dies like its out of gas, won't start just cranks then then it starts running again with no problem. What could be the problem?

CRANKSHAFT SENSOR.

Do you have normal fuel pressure at the injectors ?

Mass air flow , crank sensor . I wouldn't discount anything . Having a scan tool that can view engine sensor data would be a great help too , testing fuel pressure and flow and back pressure test the exhaust .

If I crank the motor while it is st ??????? Probably ignition module . When it shuts off check for spark .

You are on the right track by finding the injector pulse missing.
The computer grounds the injectors based on signals from the cam and crank sensors. You may have to use a scanner to check for trouble codes in the computer and watch the sensors work.
The problem could also be a relay or the key switch.

Fuel Pump

Sounds like a fuel pump problem,not sucking gas to intake.

replace the crankshaft position sensor

check your mafs buy a can of mass air flow sensor cleaner.and spray it on the air by pass
