Question about 2001 Buick Century
I can't see how fast i'm going, is it the lights or a fuse?
2001 buick century need to get dash apart to install lights Where do I start

Are all the lights in the dash out? if not, it is the bulb, the bad news is you have to remove the instrument cluster to replace the bulbs, there is no access from the rear that allows you to get your hand in there.

SOURCE: my light on my dashboard
While I check my files, the quickest way to check fuses is with a test light. These can be bought at most electronic or automotive parts stores really cheaply.
earth one end and probe each side of each fuse with the ignition on and lights on if you want.
The fuses that light both sides are good
lit one side only are blown or bad connection-REPLACE with the same color(amperage)
not lit at all,no power supply, either a fault or usually just not powered at that time.
I hope this helps you,or get back to me with your findings
