The vacuum leak is being caused by the SMALLEST vacuum hose I have ever seen. It is located on top of the motor alongside the engine coolant sensor. There are a total of three(3) hoses coming into the "sensor". Two are SMALL and one is quite a bit larger. One of the SMALL vacuum hoses is the problem. EVER SO GENTLY PULL on the hose and it will probably pull out. Use a good epoxy to hold it in place and problem will be solved.
