Question about 1997 Dodge Caravan
When I turn the key it clicks. Sometimes I can keep turning the key and it'll start, but this isn't working now.
I've been told the starter is bad.
Where is the starter located? How involved is it to take it off and then get it back on?
Thanks for any info you can provide.
I would take your car to wal mart or auto zone and have battery tested 1st. Bad batteries can cause this too. This test is free, if your battery is good then you can remove your starter. Its usually on the bottom side of engine and usually has 2 bolts with wires that run from battery. You can follow big red wire from + battery terminal to starter. You can also have your starters tested for free at auto zone once removed.
