Question about 1993 Chevrolet Lumina APV
Engine will stall while driving at slower speeds. It will sometimes start right back up while other times it will take several cranks to start. Also sometimes it will not start after it has ran for a while, leave it for at least a few minutes, andthen go backand try to start it.
TCC solenoid could be bad,, try first unplugging the 4 wire blue clip of the TCC located at the front of the transmission,, if this fix the problem so then have the solenoid changed by experts,, do not leave it just unplugged.

Sounds like the Idle Air Controller needs to be cleaned or replaced. Check to see if it is dirty and slow to function, if it is, pull it off and clean it with chlorine free brake cleaner, let it dry then give it a small shot with silicone spray lube. This is what cured my issues with hard start and stalling.
