There is a relay that controls the flashers. it's usually bigger then the other relays. replace it that should fix it. you haven't mentioned if your emergency flashers work. sometimes a seperate relay sometimes the same one.

Left turn works but not the right. all bulbs ok. small bulb on side blinks also.

Could be a host of issues, but would look at:
- bulbs - which you've indicated are good;
- fuses - ensure you identify the correct ones using the panel map;
- bulb socket - ensure it's free of corrosion and test that it is getting power;
- socket wire - you'll have tested power "in" the socket, now test for power "before" the socket - need to know if the socket itself is bad;
- the signal switch (http://troubleshootmyvehicle.com/gm/4.3L-5.0L-5.7L/how-to-test-the-turn-signal-switch-1)
- if none of these reveal the issue, I believe you're left with the body control module (BCM) - this will require replacement and reprogramming.

Good luck.

How do i fix my blinkers on my 1971 f100 ford ?

There is a flasher unit for the turn signals, separate from the hazard flasher, that is under the dash. If the fuse for the turns is good, and you already know the bulbs are good since the hazards work, then you may have a bad turn signal switch.
When you use the turn switch, do the bulbs come on and stay on, or nothing? If they come on and don't blink, then it's probably a bad turn flasher unit. If they don't come on at all, suspect a bad turn signal switch. But first check the fuses, then pull off the connector to the turn switch and see if you have one hot wire there, with key on. That one hot wire will be from the fuse.

My blinkers don't work on my car at all and my fuse is fine.

There are several things that can cause your blinkers to not function properly. This could be caused by a defective flasher unit, a malfunctioning turn signal switch, or a broken wire, just to name a few. Electrical system diagnostics must be performed to pinpoint the cause of the problem.

Good fuses no turn signal

I believe your car has 2 flashers, one hazard, one turn signal. Check the turn signal flasher to see if it's bad. Located driver side, upper steering column under dash. To make sure u check the correct flasher, try using the hazards after removal of flasher, so u know u have removed the correct one. Let me know how u do.
