2000 f150 ford coolant crossover problems 5.4 liter engine
There is a leak on the passenger side top front of motor at the coolant crossover connection. I started to remove the crossover and replace gaskets but can not see how to get to 2 or 3 of the bolts that are connecting it

Temp switch - Under hood, center, upper engine area, front of intake manifold, driver side of distributor, mounted in engine block,
Coolant temp sensor - Under hood, center, front engine area, passenger side of distributor, mounted in intake manifold,
There is no water sensor
Tale the truck to a shop and have the cooling system pressurized to see where the coolant is coming from is my advice. They do leak at the heater hose above the passenger side rear most cylinder, remember water is clear and coolant is green or yellow or reddish colored and feels slimy to the touch, water is of course clear..
