Hi I had a look at your pic and never show one of those pumps in a vw before I think the only place to get it is at a place that sells after market parts, take it to a shop and mach it up with what they have.

Remove fuel pump from 1999 jetta

It's on top of the fuel tank so fold the rear seat bottom out of the way, pull back the floor cover and remove the panel covering the top of the tank. The fuel delivery assembly is removed as a unit. First remove the electrical connectors and fuel lines. Cover the fuel lines with a cloth as pressure will let some fuel spurt out of the line. Remove the retaining ring. VW has a special tool for this but you can make something that will work. Lift the unit out of the tank. Some units ( 2.0 BBW ) have the retaining ring bolted and the nuts have to removed to get the unit loose.

Fuel Lines on 1986 VW Jetta where to buy the fittings ?

Usually a dealer item, or junkyard. I've seen some on e-Bay. Also check europartsdirect.com. Do not replace them with hoses and clamps, due to a chance of a leak and fire. The fuel pressure is rather high.

I need to drain the tank on a 2001 vw jetta tdi without removing the tank. does it have a anti siphon device and if so how can I drain the fuel?

Disconnect fuel hose that connects to fuel rail on the motor. Connect that hose to a rubber hose and lead it into a container. Then you have 1 of 2 options. First is just turn the key on for 3 seconds, turn off, then on again, etc etc etc, till tank is empty. This will take a while but easy if tank is almost empty. 2 would be to find the power to the fuel pump. Run a live wire from battery to fuel power wire and pump will run till you disconnect power. It can be a pain in the but to find the power wire though.
