2004 caravan sxt headlights not working after buying brand new ones, where is the fuse

My dodge caravan sxt 2004 model has a problem, head lamps dont work. So bought new ones and replaced the. The problem persists. I checked the fuse box, but I could not locate the fuse for the headlamps. Went to a local reputable autoshop in North America, they had no clue either. Any Ideas what the issue may be?

Open the hood and look for fuse and relay box on the right hand side and hammer strike it with your hand right on top the box with about 15-20 lbs. of force

One of three things seem possible...bad headlamp switch not sending out a signal to the body controller...a bad body controller....or a bad integrated power module.....all three can cause this problem...i recommend a deale look at it

My headlights are not working. The highbeams are working and the day time running lights work as well. I was guessing it would be a blown fuse. Is it? If so, where is the fuse located so that I can...

SInce your low beams are not working it is possible that your fuse or the relay is faulty.
Normally these relays are mounted inside the engine room near the battery compartment as the relay box.
Usually the fuse can be seen on the outside of the relay or sometimes within the relay.
So check this out with a multimeter.

My 2000 Dodge Caravan's low beam headlights are not working, but the high beams work fine. I checked the fuses, but they look good. Any ideas of what might be the problem?

common issue of bcm (body control module). it is the fuse block under the dash with all the relays. remove it and get the numbers. call a local salvage yard and see what is in stock. make sure the numbers match. also, make sure you have check both head lamps with known good ones to make sure you havent over looked bad bulbs.

2007 Caravan. Headlights just quit. High beams still work, so do the day lights. As soon as I turn the headlamps, they go out. Relay?

The mechanic should check on the the relay and the fuse as well as the wire connection of the head light to the switch .Then look if there is a loose wires that are not being connected to the head light switch. You have to do it for these may come to an end that the entire head light will totally turn of because looses connection or worn out fuse or relay and wires .

Low beam not work !!

replace the headlight bulbs. Usually when the bulbs blow out the low beam blows out first, but the high beams still work. If you want and need both low and high beams to work then replace the headlight bulbs with brand new ones and I garauntee that both low and high beams will work

I can't find headlights fuses in my 2005 dodge caravan 3.3liter SXT they aren't in IPM in engine compartment

the 2005 caravans have a known faulty headlight SWITCH. Are you sure you have properly diagnosed the problem?

Your year does not use a fuse for the headlamps - they are relayed with a FCM. (front control module). These are around $150.00

Only the parking lamps use a relay in this vehicle.

Sometimes you can juggle the headlamp switch and get them to work, however that, too, will soon stop.

Be sure you have the diagnosis correct before throwing money at the problem blindly.

My Dodge Caravan ST 3.4 LTR instrement cluster.

Your Hazard fuse is blown.
Hazard fuse has the instrument gauges on it in addition to the turn and brake lights.

When one of my brake lights went on my 07 Caravan it when short for a time and took out this fuse.
