Help sputtering when taking off

Ok we are stuck on this one. This truck will only sputter and act live starved for gas when taking off or asking for power(like slowing down before a hill then asking). It will stop sputtering once you reach 45 mph.
we have changed fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter and the one bad plug. any suggestions on what else. we are very stuck.

Mine sputters and stalls when taking off from a stop, but not all the time. I've replaced almost all of the ignition system and rebuilt the carb and it still does it.

Here are a few things to check:
egr valve
distributor cap to se if it is worn orcracked
check your vacuum pressure
check your timing to see if it is correct
checkyour coil to see if it is working properly or if it is week
check to see if you have a leak at your intake manifold ( gasket )

Girl put bad gas in 49 get bad gas in 49cc Tayo . changed gas . wont throtle uo.pump ok. Filter ok acts like starving for gas Acts like float valve is stuck

Most likely some of the bad gas is still in the system causing this. Run it until it runs better, if that doesn't help, drain ALL FUEL from it, including the lines, even dry them out before adding more fuel. You also might need to take out the spark plug and clean or replace it if it is fouled with it.

I didn't get anything from the video. What is the year make and model, and can you describe the problem more ?
Does it act like it is starving for gas, or like a cylinder miss ?
Is the check engine light on when the engine is running ?

My 93 firebird starts but sputters and dies

I agree with Dennis on checking the fuel pressure.
Could be a bad pump, restriction in the tank, vent problem in the tank, bad fuel filter, or bad pump relay.
