Question about 2005 Chrysler Pacifica
You may have a short if both have burned out and you have recently replaced one.
Other wise to remove the head light assembly---There are 2 screws under the hood above each light they have a combination slotted and nut head. Remove them, then push fingers between valance below light (its rubber) and "pull forward" assembley will pop out of headlight retaining snap. Pull head ligth as an assembly) Remove wire harness plug lower bottom. Turn light over to back, remove rubber outer seal cap, you can now look inside assembly and see back of light. You will see 2 retaining screws ( they are tork head style) loosen them just enough so you can twist the socket until it releases. Pull light out by wires, once out remove wiring plug from back of light bulb.
Be carefull here as there is a retaining plate between light and plug that needs to be reinstalled the same way it comes off, on the new bulb, transfer retaining plate to new light. Plug back into harness. (do not touch the light bulb surface, as oil from fingers will cause light to burn out!! Use rubbing alcohol to clean if you do touch it.) Using a pair of needle nose pliers to hold wires harness of plug, reinsert the light back into the housing (gently here) twist into place and tighten screws then reasemble in reverse of removal process..
