Question about 2000 Lincoln LS
How do I get the lens off of a 2000 Lincoln LS license plate marker light
You have to carefully pry the bulb holder out and remove the bulb by turning it counterclockwise while pushing in. Replace the new lightbulb the reverse mode.

First off, you have to remove the truck lid liner to a point where you can access the light plug from inside (The light cover will not come out without taking the socket and bulb out first). Twist the light plug and pull out. Then on the exterior of the light, take a small regular screwdriver and slide it in the slots on each side of the light cover assembly and push towards the center of the light. This will release the plastic clips and allow you to pull down on the light cover. Do this to each side, then pull down and out towards you to get the light cover off. Install in reverse.
