I would recommend a salvage yard but be careful if there is a full charge in the air bag canister it could go off but to answer your question it is not hard to do I would unplug the plugs on the steering column below for safety before I start prying and there should be some screws behind the steering wheel

My 2005 grand prix has a major steering issue to the point where the wheel is very difficult to turn and the wheel and car vibrate uncontrollably while driving

Take it to a reputable front end shop. Could be anything from a bad tire or bent wheel to a major front end issue.

I ran off the road into a field to avoid hitting a deer. It was abrupt & bumpy. Now my front passenger tire is bent inward and steering wheel must be sideways for the truck to run straight. What are...

If the tire on the rim is still holding air and the rim isn't obviously bent it should be alright if you go nice and slow but would still be a better idea to put a spare on it if you got it. Slamming off the road though it's possible you just threw it out of alignment which would be great, but then again you could have bent part of your steering linkage.

When i drive, it feels like i have little control while the steering wheel feels loose. I also have to turn my steering wheel about 15degrees to the left to go straight. Any ideas?

Sounds as if you have bent some control arms Or even broken the steering gear rack both front wheels must be off the ground to ***** the situation The best way to recognize a bent part if you are not familiar with it is to compare to the opposite side

I have problem with shaking steering wheel

The problem is a wheel , not the steering wheel. You could have a bent rim , or a bent axle , or very loose steering components like tie rod ends.

Steering wheel wiggles when driving

The 3 common things are,
.......a bad tire ( a bad belt in a tire or tires ).
.......a bent rim.
.......if at speeds over 20.....possibly the above plus wheel balance.

The uncommon things are,
......bad or seized CV joint.
......bent front suspension components ( and /or rotor hub assembly )
......wheel alignment.

Hit a curb 1999 Ford Taurus SE 16" wheels steering problem

It could be the steering rack but the first thing you should do is have an alignment job done. Even if there is another problem, the hit would almost certainly knocked your suspension out of alignment. So you'll probably need to get this done anyway. If there's still a problem after that, then I'd have your steering looked at. But the alignment may fix it entirely.
