Sometimes the bushings will squeak when put under load like a speed bump that is normal. But if you hear the same squeak while driving in other conditions you might want to check your outer tie end rod.

suspension squeeks are common in all trucks. as they get older front end components need replacing front shocks, inner and outer tie rods if 4 wheel drive upper and lower ball joints ect plus control arms each of these components will squeak over bumps

Squeeks from front end, 1999 explorer sport

you did not indicated when the squeek occurs. If you turn the steering wheel and there is a dry squeek look at the tie rod ends. If you bounce the truck and the squeek is heard look at the stabilizer bar bushings {most common cause } If this is the cause, lubing them is a temporary fix they should be replaced.

2004 Taurus weaves...all of a sudden not stable

The 1st thing that comes to mind is: have u let anyone drive the car recently? I'm wondering if someone hit a curb, pot hole, etc and didn't want u to know about it. Yes, it's a rather 'out there' theory, but it would explain the apparent overnight development of front end problems. You need to have the front suspension components checked (tie rods, control arms, alignment, etc) because something happened as suggested above, or something is very worn and not too safe to drive.

Check it out asap, as this sounds unsafe to drive, please let me know what u find, good luck.
