It is possible to replace a bad portion of brake line using compression fittings, and alot of parts stores do fabricate and sell brakeline if you take the old piece(s) in for a reference. If you do pull the line from the resevoir your going to have to bleed the entire system incuding the master cylinder,If you have the means I would reccomend taking it to a shop that specializes in brakes, they have the tools and experience to do the job correctly and it really shouldn't be to expensive. If you are going to DIY write me back and I'll give you a walk through on the procedure.

SOURCE: diagram of the rear brakeline
You can just follow the line up to the master cylinder. It go's behind the gas tank and it is hard to find. And it is fastened to the fram. If it is leaking it is best to just get new one from autoparts store. Straight one. And slide it beside of where it go's into the frame and hook it up. If you need the brakes diagram then.
I hope this helps.

If its an area thats easily acessible you can use compression fittings to patch in a new piece, you'll need to know the the oustdide diameter of the brakeline to get the correct size fittings and than bleed the system after the repair. In this situation I would highly reccomend taking it to a shop and have a professional repair this.If you're comfortable doing this post back and I'll give you detailed instructions on how to do it.
