Question about 2003 Toyota Corolla
Toyota corolla time clock not working
Check to make sure that the 15 amp TAIL fuse, the 15 amp DOME fuse and the 15 amp CIG fuse are all good. If you have taillamps that light, a dome light that lights, and the cigar lighter works, you need to replace the clock.

Most likely, the defect is in the clock itself. This is a very common problem with some of the Japanese automobiles. The good news is that it can be repaired at a reasonable price at www.subaru-clock.com.
All you have to do is remove the clock and follow the instructions found at the website. If you need some helpful tips on removing the clock from a 2003-2006 Corolla go to http://www.pro-fit-intl.com/Adobe/MV-50-03-L-p15.pdf.
