Hiya if you are sure that the n/s/f wheel bearing/cv joint/ and suspension joint/s are sound ? may i suggest that you check the engine mountingson the n/s front +rear ? from your symptoms it sounds very much like as you accelerate the engine is tilting due to the metallastic mounting has perished thus the juddering is engine moving along with driveshaft especially cornering ? you will have to check physically and visually the mountings or pop into local quick fit and ask to check for normally no charge? for inspecting this is common fault easilly missed on a lot of cars with f/w/drive hope this helps ?

Banging noise when you drive

This is a hard problem to describe, I know, and I will toss out a few possibilities. If the noise occurs when the car is accelerating, it can be motor mounts, or carriage mounts on front-wheel drive vehicles. Transmissions can bang into gear. Drive shaft u-joints can bang before they fail. C-V joints in front wheel or 4 wheel drive units can bang when worn out.

The exhaust system can break loose and bang on the frame. Brake calipers can rock in their mounts and transmit sound. Tie-rod ends can make a knocking noise on every bump you hit. There were recalls on gas tank straps for some Ford made units, so a loose gas tank can bang.

Loud knocking noise engine

Have a oil pressure test done on the engine to determine bearing failure. Have a compression test done to check for internal damage such as broken rings/pistons or overheated motor.. If the noise appears during acceleration then run the fault codes and look for a tuning problem or failed knock sensors

My Renault megane 2003 began juddering on the motorway doing around 70mph then the engine management light kept flicking on and off. I pulled over stop the engine turned all electrics off and restarted it,...

Check the timing belt. It should have been changed at 60,000 miles. Sounds like you have lost some teeth on the synchronous belt resulting in lost timing. Damage to valves can occur. look under plastic cover on the end of the head for the belt

Very occasionaly ( 3 times in the last 4 months ) when i decelerate at a corner and then accelerate I have a loud bang. It apears to be the gearbox. Other than that I have no problems with gear changes...

If this happens when you turn both ways, I would suspect an engine or transmission mount. When you accelerate the engine is being lifted somewhat off the frame and the bang would be when it comes back down. If you only hear it on say a right turn, then I would suspect a CV axle or possibly a ball joint on the right side. Hope this helps.

Juddering and noise on front wheels when braking

The disks may be warped, which will cause a vibration under braking.
Also if it's an ABS system, the vibration is normal but only under heavy braking, and should not continue to vibrate when working properly.

Accelerated clicking/knocking noise when i start driving

sounds like your CV joints are worn out. If the clicking noise gets worse when turning then its a definite possibility. Also check the CV joint boots for splits as this can quickly wear them out. The dust mixes with the grease to form a grinding paste.

Knocking sound

maybe cv joints. check cv boots to see if torn or look out for grease marks in the area behind front wheel. This would be more clicking noise though and not banging.
