I cant get the spear tire out fro under 1999 ford explor pleas help

Use the handle for your jack and there is hole in the bumper located by thelicense plate you stick the jack handle in the hole and into a slot then you crank it, as you crank it the spare tire should lower down to the ground.

Open the back door, remove the little round plastic cap in the interior above the rear bumper, then use your tool to turn the nut counter-clockwise to lower the spare tire.

Find the keyless entry number for 1999 ford explorer


in the back on the left side you should see your spare tire tolls compartment. open that up and you should see a plastic module (should be square or rectangle) usually gray in color. on the side of that is a white sticker, it will have 5 digit code. that will be your code. hope this helps.

Where is the door lock relay located on a 1999 ford explorer? Electric door locks blows fuses. After replacing a fuse, the door locks will only work for a short time then blows fuse. I know the fuse/relay...

  • This Relay box holds the Door Lock / Unlock relays (ice cube type). It also holds the Driver Door Unlock Relay and the ACC Lights Relay (rectangular relays).

    the spare is located under the rear of the truck right under the back bumper theres a special tool with your vehicle in the back storage compartment to let the tire down look under the hatch and youll see the slot where the tool is inserted
