Could be your clutch. Is it a manual or auto? If auto check you tranny fluid.

If your engine runs fine, then I would suggest replacing the clutch assembly.

My 95 yukon wont shift in to 3rd gear ?

I think you have two separate issues

First get all the codes & fix the ABS issues first

I think you'll find the trans is due for a rebuild, sorry, if that doesn't turn out to be the case.
It is slipping for some reason & that isn't fixable without a tear down

My Honda CRV (1998) is making a high pitched whine sometimes when I'm driving. It seems to happen when the rpms are high before shifting (I own a standard transmittion CRV). It whines between 2.5 and 3...

Check your power steering fluid level. If too low the pump will whine like that. Put some in it if low. Don't buy power steering fluid, automatic transmission fluid is the same thing and is much cheaper.

I have a 32-36 weber on my 1641cc vw engine.it has a big lift cam,so it has low vuccum on idle.i can not get it to idle.can you help me. i have tried to weaken the power valve spring to compensait for the...

altering the compensating valve has nothing to do with the idle circuit
the compensating valve is what gives extra fuel for acceleration ( accelerator pump)
putting a hole in the butterfly is making for less vacuum as vacuum happens when the air flow in the manifold is restricted--not lessened
what you need to do is enlarge the idle circuit port to let more air past the butterfly, increase idle jet size or increase the idle rpms to around 1200 rpms as high lift cams are not idling cams
The cam you should have used is an extended duration cam which has the same lift as a standard cam but has control of the valve over more degrees of rotation
same effect with less lumpy running

I have a 2003 ford focus with a 5sp manual transmission, i just got the wheel bearing fixed and now my car idles at regular 1800 rpms, but i lost all power essentially my shift light is always on even in...

If your car lacks power it needs the extra RPMs to push the weight of the vehicle. Most cars idle smoothly at about 700 RPMs. Check the engine compression on all cylinders. If they are all even (within 10lbs) and about 100 psi or more then you may just need a tune up or some work done on the fuel system. Hopefully the engine isn't running hot or has oil control problems which will require some major repairs.
