The proper way to say it is Instrument Panel Electronics have gone haywire. This is not enough information for anyone to make a determination. What do you mean? It is all digital and blinks, scrolls from left to right in non-sensical jibberish, all 8's or what? You must give us something to go on.

Yes there are struts on the front and shocks on the back. 2 of each. They are around $50-100 for the fronts. $30-100 for the rears depending if the car has air ride or not.

first disconnect the battery then check how the serpentine belt is lined up so u can take it off and put back on. Then the pump should be on the side of the motor with 9or12 bolts there could be more! after taking out take razorblad and skrap the old gasket clean wipe of then put new gasket and pump back on dont over tighten the screws cuase the pump my be aluminum.

kind of tricky, took me an hour to get it figured out, but you got to opend the trunk and take out the 10 or so 10mm nuts sticking out of the backside of the lid, then the whole solid piece where the lights are on the back will slide off, then you can change the bulbs above the license plate and put it all back together

I found the solution. Called a Salvage yard and described the problem (lights for instrumentation on dash showing falsely) they said I needed a Body Control Module. (BCM). I found one and replaced the old one. It worked. I also gained us of my radio, air conditioner, fuel gage and other digital diagnostic devices began to function properly.
