1994 Honda Civic - Over heating

My 94 civic is over heating after driving 40mins hwy and 30mins city, but there is no leak in site. What can i do to solve this problem?

You most likely need to replace the Thermostat, but also verify the engine cooling fan is working, it should come on when the AC is turned on.

Does a 94 honda accord and a 94 honda civic have the same parts in the engine


nope 1994 honda accord has a 2.2 engine and 1994 honda civic had a 1.5 and 1.6 engines.they are different engines but both are 4 cylinder engines.

Check for split hose's around the inlet manifold.Sounds like a vacuum leak.

I have a 94 honda civic, i cant get it out of first gear and it seems as though the clutch is stuck to the floor. what do i do?


check the clutch slave cylinder located on the transmission for leaks, if leaking replace it
