Comment by justuscc, posted on Oct 07, 2008 how many miles??? could need a water pump check for leaks the cooling system should not be low
149,200.00 miles apx. WIll have water pump checked.

When I turn on the air conditioner or the heat, I can hear a noise that sounds like its coming from under the dashboard. It sounds like water bubbling. And slowly stops when I shut off the air or heat.

no steam and no smoke. pretty sure about that. As I read it seems the two problems I have may be related. Overheating and the bubbling noise under the dash when I use the heat or air conditioner.

Have your thermostat checked as it may be sticking, also your catalytic converter may be on it's way out.

Highly possible brake booster has, failed. You can pinch off the vacuum line and press on the brakes if idle does not change ,replace booster,if idle still changes take to a mechanic. Do not attempt to drive it with line pinched

Hi i own a 2002 model kia sedona automatic.does it really the front rims get hot even if you are driving short trips?does this because of using the disc brakes all the time?thanx

yes every time you touch the brakes there will be heat , if your in city or alot of traffic you will have more heat. if you havent had a brake job in a couple of years it might be time if your rotors are glazed your going to be braking longer to stop causes more heat

My '99 kia sephia overheated, shut off, now wont start

You refilled the water so where did the water you lost go? I suspect it is in the engine combustion chamber. You need to see if you have a blown head gasket and to see why it overheated before trying to start it. Remove all spark plugs and turn if over. If coolant blows out of the cylinders you have a blown head gasket.
