Question about 1999 Honda Passport
I read in a in another site to drain oil, replace filter and put in synethic oil. Then run at 2500 rpms for 30 minutes. What causes the ticking is varnish building up on the lifters. I have a 1995 passport also. What I do if change oil often and also run it on the highway about 65 to 7 miles an hour for at least 90 minutes. Seems to stop the problem. I drive in the city mainly and about a month after an oil change it starts again. Drives me crazy, but I love my passport.
