You need to disconnect the battery negative lead and place an ammeter between battery and lead, note the current draw with every thing switched off, then start removing one fuse at a time from fuse box and see if ammeter drops significantly if not refit fuse and remove the next one and repeat this until you find the one that causes a significant drop, then you will have found the circuit that is draining the battery, you need to check this circuit to find cause of power draw and repair as required, let me know how you get on

try checking trunk light I serviced a lot of draining battery problems . what happen was something is draining your battery its hard to find those kinna case cause you dont have any idea where it come from what i suggest are get a wiring diagram it would be easier but if you cant pull one just check all your wirings i am guessing that something is touching on your ground, short to ground is hard to find coz youll need to check everything and also you need some knowledge on electrical but youll figure out...

try fittung a larger capacity battery this will help when you are parked for extended periods of time, but it does sound as if you have something draining the battery, try getting the alternater checked

I had the same problem the day I bought the car. My batter was acting weird. Attempts to jump start it resulted in the hood popping open, a buzzing sound underneath the real seat, and my fuel door popping open!

After all of this It turns out the cable to the battery terminal was defective and it was draining the battery and causing these other issues. They changed the red cable and the issue went away.
