Question about 1990 Ford Taurus
My check engine light keeps comeing on, and I seem to be waisting alot of gas. My car sucks more gas then a Ford Explorer, alot more. You can smell something like exhaust, and it has quit on me a couple times comeing to a stop, but it does start back up. I thought at first it was an Oxygen Scensor, but I'm really not too sure, and I can't aford to take it in to get it looked at. Could you please try to help me, thank you very much! My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org

Check your Oxygen Sensor. You are probally running to too rich. Might need new O2 sensors. There usually are more than one. (Oxygen Sensors).
