Your stereo got borrowed ? Isn't that interesting . By pass what ? do you know ? Factory stereo ?
The radio is enabled/disabled by class 2 messages from the body control module (BCM). The radio routes audio signals from the digital radio receiver or the vehicle communication interface module (VCIM) to the speakers and/or amplifier when directed by class 2 messages.. No way to by pass

What is the code po442 and po445 mean on the car

P0442 code means that the control module has detected a small leak in the Evaporative Emission (EVAP). The loose fuel tank filler cap is the most common cause that triggers the P0442 code.

Code P0445 indicates that there is improper purge flow in the EVAP system caused by a shorted purge valve.

Make sure Fuel tank cap is tightened well, then have it tested at Autozone, etc... If ok, then go back to inspection station.

Saturn sl2 sputters when i accelerate and check engine light came on when i kicked it down into passing gear, seems to idle a little low now seems to be getting worse

You'll need to get the trouble codes to see what is the problem. Many auto parts stores will pull the codes for free - I'd start there.

Blower motor wont work

Disconnect connector at blower under pass side of dash.Check for power & ground with the blower switch in the #4 speed (High). Most Likely a blower motor if all 4 speeds are out.If high works but no other speeds, you need a blower resistor.Blower easy to change 3 screws & one connector.hope this helps

Service engine light is on and coding so that 1999 ranger will not pass ispection due to emission laws in NY. We do not even have access to alternative fuel.

Sounds like it could be your O2 sensor is bad. Try taking it to Auto Zone and they can scan it for you. Thay can tell you if you do need a new O2 sensor or any other sensor that may have gone bad. Worst it could be a bad Cat-converter. Good luck.

2000SATURN SL2 CODE CLASS 2 SHORT TO BATERY

To BIGHWEELS197, take your car to AutoZone and have them scan the computer - they'll do it for free, whereas the dealer will charge an hour's labor. Post the codes here and we can determine the problem.

To wjcomet, here are your code definitions:

P0133 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1) - this means that the primary O2 sensor on the bank of cylinders with cylinder number 1 in it is not heating up quickly enough. The heating element is eventually getting it to temperature (it has to be heated up to work) but it's getting to be too long to heat up, which can fail you for cold-start emissions. You'll have to replace this sensor eventually.

P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor “A” Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)

This indicates a problem with your cam angle sensor. It could be that the sensor's pickup is not working right anymore (this does happen) but it could also be because your O2 sensor isn't getting to temperature soon enough and excess emissions are being detected, the car's computer may think that the cam position is off. If the cam isn't timed right, excess emissions can happen, so the computer may believe that's what is happening. I wouldn't be surprised however if the O2 sensor that's going bad is causing this code as well.

P0404 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Control Circuit Range/Performance

Indicates a failure of the EGR valve. Again, there's a chance that the failing O2 sensor can trigger this.

P1404 is a manufacturer-specific auxiliary emissions control failure code. I don't have access to that code's definition for your car, but again it's likely to be a result of the O2 sensor fault that you're having, since it's emissions-related and the O2 sensors are the main controllers of emissions on a car.

My advice would be to change that O2 sensor, have the codes reset, and see which ones, if any, return. If none come back, you likely had only the O2 problem and that fault caused the other codes as well. If one or more of the codes returns, we'll have to troubleshoot those individually.
