fuse bos is under dash, just above clutch/brake pedal. little black cover over fuse panel. my guess is that it is not a fuse issue. problem may require some hands on diagnosis.

Fuse box is located in the driver's compartment, underneath, slightly to the left of the steering wheel (there is a cover that drops down with a legend on the lid that tells you which fuse to pull).

What should I check with no interior lights or door chime operating with the opening of any doors?

Try these simple checks 1st;

Check the door plunger buttons on all the doors make sure there not stuck.

check to fuse box for a blown fuse, replace.
If this do'es not work then its more complicated get back to me.

How do I disconnect the chime from automatic door .Had to cut cable as it jammed . Took out fuse but radio and clock now do not work .Can I disconnect wire from chimes .I knoe it comes from speakers .

try this
disconnect battery
undo the fuse box and look at the wires behind that fuse you pulled

check that only radio and clock wiring are fitted there

the chime may its own power source

i could be wrong
i thought chime was separate to sound system speakers
and comes from a small but loud sound device on the instrument panel circuit board ..much like a computer

2009 kia spectra: I had my car jumped and now my radio is completely off, the clock is off, interior lights won't turn on, and the button to lock my doors only works when car is on. I checked the fuse

If it happened after jumping car than Yes look in the main fuse box under the hood and check all fuses there, you may need a volt ohm meter to check some of them...

Nav and Radio wont work on 2002 STS after battery was replaced, tried removing all related fuses, they are fine. Master code isn't resetting. Is there a way to do this manually?

The Radio has a hot feed directly from fuse #25 in under left side dash near kick panel fuse box .. also check fuses #14 and #9 .. it is not controlled by any computer module, it could be a burnt out wire ?

The interior lights and door locks/alarm are controlled by the ETAC module .. which also gets its hot feed from fuse # 25 .. but the ETAC module controls lots of other devices including Wiper/defogger/fog light/door warning switch/chime bells etc. etc. and these are working ? it is possible the ETAC module is damaged internally
