If it's mounted in-dash.. there should be two little buttons to the right or left of the screen (digital) push one... then try the other...

One button will select the hour or minutes and the other button will scroll through the numbers for you.

My car doesn't have a fuse diagram and my hazards and turning signals don't work. I bought fuses but don't know which one to change.

just pull them all out one at a time till you find the blown one .but if all fuses all ok then change the hazard warning light switch as this is the most likely unit to fail and cause these problems

Interior lights, moon roof and windows don't work. Changed fuses many times and they kept blowing out.

Why would you change a fuse more than once?

Don't you know what a fuse is for?

If it blows out even once, you have a higher
current load than the fuse is rated at, or a
short to ground

Have the items that don't work correctly ,
diagnosed & repaired.

good day, first of all you may ask the owner if he has the service manual so you can change the last timing belt changed. secondly you may try to check the belt itself if it has some tiny cracks or a little loose or a little worn. hope this helps, have a nice day
