Where are the plugs located?

Pop the hood, and you'll see the spark plug wires going from the distributor on the passenger (right) side of the motor to each of the spark plugs. The plugs are down in the head a bit. Carefully pull out a spark plug wire by the boot (near the motor) and you'll see the plug down inside

Installing Spark plug wires

Unless the wires were removed the firing order cannot change as also the length of the wires do not permit that the wires switch over.
All what is needed is to check the spark at each plug , if of low internsity check the ignition system including the HT coil. Also the fuel filter and the fuel pump for the right pressure.

Spark plug wire replacement

On a 91 they are visible and fairly easy to change each wire. Make sure you change them one at a time as to not mix the firing order up. And try to route them the same as the factory has.

Your misfire can be cause by couple of things but the cheapest way that you can try to fix your car is to do a tune up by replacing:
1)all spark plugs
2)do a oil change
3)spark plug wires
3)distributor cap and rotor

note misfire can be cause by:
1.bad gas
2.spark plug and/or wire
3.distributor cap and/or rotor
4.valve adjustment
5.injector
6.off timing
7.ECM
8.bad wiring(power, ground or feed line)

Check out the catylac converter on the exausht it might be plugged. The exhaust cant escape quick enough and bogs the motor down.
