Some clutches (like some ford probes) get the fluid from the brake reservor. You probably need a cylinder, master or slave.

''Throw out bearing'' has destroyed itself.... time to pull the transmission and replace it and the clutch and pressure plate, and turn the fly wheel smooth.

1996 nissan maxima clutch squeals pedal stuck to floor

Sound like you're going to need a whole new clutch assembly, but if the fluid level was dry you may have sucked air into the system which means that the clutch will have to be bled at the slave cylinder, just like you would brakes. The squealing sound is coming from the throw out bearing, usually when the do that it means that the bearing is frozen and cannot spin. Either way it looks like you'll be dropping the transmission to work on the clutch.

Soft clutch pedal

After speaking to my mechanic I blead the clutch out. It was full of air, now seems to be back to normal. This is the easyest place to start.

How do you bleed the clutch on a 1995 dodge stratus

Sounds like the slave cylinder inside bell housing is leaking. Replace both cylinders when fixing. the clutch plate and flywheel should be inspected for wear.

My celica clutch does not work and the car will not move. my clutch is real soft what can i do to fix it

your question is confusing.Did you check the clutch master cylinder fluid. so if you can put in gear with the engine off and then crank the car and it moves ok, then replace the clutch master and slave cylinders. If you can put in in gear with the engine running let the pedal off and the car wont move, or it slips bad, then the clutch is bad.

1999 Jeep Wrangler - Clutch pedal feels soft. Does not feel like it is fully disengaging when pressed. Hard to get into any gear when Jeep is not moving.

HALLO
CHECK BRAKE FLUID IN CLUTCH CONTEINER. IF IT IS MISSING, ONE OF CLUTCH CILINDER IS BROKEN.FIRST CHECK IF INSIDE THE CAR BEHIND CLUTCH PEDAL CAN BE SPOTED SOME BREAKE FLUID FROM CILINDER. IF EVERITHING IS "DRY", YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH CILINDER ON TRANSMITION. ON SOME MODELS ARE OUTSIDE GEARBOX AND EASY TO CHANGE, BUT SOME HAVE BUILT IN CILINDER IN CLUTCH BEARING. IN THAT CASE YOU HAVE TO REMOVE GEARBOX, REDUCTOR...CHANGE CLUTCH TOO
