Question about 2002 Ford F150 Regular Cab

Only running on 7? cylinders

Test shows problem with 4 coils on sparkplugs? Was running great for 80,000 miles, then BAM engine starts missing A LOT no power, rattle like crazy. Could 4 coils go all at once? Is this perhaps sparkplug & not coils? Is there a master coil that could be doing this?

Yes. each cyl has its own coil, your mileage, indicates it is time for plugs.

2004 Ford Escape engine missfire

that sounds like those cylinders injectors might be the problem . When an injector over fuels or fails to supply fuel it would create a misfire just like if a plug or coil failed

Well first you will need to figure out if it is fuel, ignition, or something mechanical.
Usually a miss under load is a weak spark or lack of fuel. Its possible the plug for cylinder 4 has become weak. Swapping it with another cylinder or replacing it would rule it out.
With that many miles, the injector for cyl 4 could be getting weak or dirty.

If you have Coil- on -Plug you haven't found the bad one yet

Your not always going to get a code that is correct
e.g.PO304,PO305 etc

I would buy the injector from you, as I'm sure that wasn't it,
unless you have an air leak around it

You want no vacuum leaks,a near new EGR Valve,no
air induction tubing leaks

Clean the MAF Sensor with CRC MAF Cleaner

Clean Throttle Plate--CRC Throttle Body Cleaner

You did put anti-sieze on those spark plugs, if not
do so.

How old are the O2 Sensors
More than 80,000 mile, replace the front 2 with OEM
Specific Make--Bosch or NGK etc and not some
cut & splice universal type

I have a missfire in cylinder7 but i have replaced coilpack and sparkplug what else could be causeing this

Fuel supply, air intake and vacuum leak(inside the cylinder). I recommend doing an injector balance test as well as a cylinder leakage (vacuum leaks) test to determine whats causeing the miss.

How to change spark plug on 02 mazda tribute

Is it a V6? For a V6 if you are standing in front of the car it will be the middle cylinder on the firewall side of the engine. You will have to remove the plastic engine cover and the intake manifold to get to it. If it were on the front side of the engine you would only have to remove the plastic cover. Since there is a good bit of work involved removing the manifold, I would suggest that you go ahead and replace all of the sparkplugs and consider replacing the coil for the one cylinder also. I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute. Mine started running rough so I decided to replace all the sparkplugs. After replacing the sparkplugs it continued to run rough. I took it to a shop and got it scanned (no cost for the scan). The scan showed the coil on the 3rd cylinder was bad. So I wound up having to pull the manifold off again to replace the coil :(
The first time it took me 1-1/2 hours to do the plugs, second time 1 hour to do the coil. Car runs great after coil replacement. Hope this helps.

At how many miles do i change the sparkplugs and which are recomended

you should check your owners manual for manufacturer recomendations. If you do not have 1 then call or stop by you local dealership and talk to the service manager.

now personally I like the 50000 mile interval and prefer AC plugs.

99 dodge caravan #4 cylinder misfires, i replaced spark plug wires and spark plugs. Scanner showed #4 still misfiring, could this be the coil?

It could very well be a bad coil pack,or you have low compression in that cylinder. If the compression is good then go with the coil pack,if not you may need a head gasket or an intake manifold gasket.
