check relay. should be located in engine compartment. review your owners manual for exact location of relay. interchange another relay of same into rear wiper motor . that should tell you very quickly if its a relay or electrical problem................real simple job
there is a separate wiper motor for the rear and the front. the rear one has died. these tend to corrode up and freeze faster than the front as they are used much less. if you know anyone so inclined you may be able to take it apart, lubricate the poop out of it, reassemble and find that it works again. if not you will have to buy a new one or just live with it.
Rear wiper morors are notorious for developing faults, Access the motor wiring and test for power. I don't think there is a designated fuse for the rear wiper but a call to Renault dealet will clarify. The less frequent use and water ingress is top of suspect problems. Good luck
the rear panel needs to be removed before you can obtain grasp of it remove the outer wiper 1st and then open the rear hatch the panel should with a pull from the underside with a bit of Guff pull off the white clips hold this in place and are easily removed if they don't come off with the panel and reinstall them into slots .....then remove the wiring to the motor and screws /nuts that hold it in place re-installation is reverse procedure ...make sure the motor goes on the same way it comes off to ensure proper direction of the wiper blade .
1. check the fuse to the rear wiper motor
2. check for power to rear wiper motor at the motor (power wire going in to the wiper motor with rear wiper switch on)
If you have good fuses & have power going in to the rear wiper motor...
3. Pull old rear wiper motor and install a new rear wiper motor.
