Why won't the flashers won't go off on my 2003 Ford Winstar? What can I do?

If you mean by won't turn off that they will not cancel when you straiten the steering wheel then it is probably the little spring inside of the steering column.

Location for turn signal flasher 2003 ford expedition


Ken, Flasher relay is located under the dash, beneath the radio, in a black plastic cover. turn your signal on(if working) and you can feel it ticking. It is the BL"UE relay. hope this helps.

The O2 sensors are mounted in the exhaust pipe before and after the catalytic converter if that is your question.

I think you know what has to be done, if you got under the
van & actually checked it out

You remove the oil pan,repair or replace it
& reseal it

insufficient fuel means there isnt enough fuel being supplied... can suspect maybe a bad fuel pump or filter

it's in the auxiliary relay box behind the glove box.

2003 winstar no heat


Check the operation of the temperature control door. It is located in the center of the dash behind the radio. Look up between the gas pedal and heater case. It is white in color Move the temp knob while watching the actuator. If it is clicking it is bad. Good luck.
