Question about 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe
Sometimes it will read full, and then when you are sitting at a traffic light, the gage will drop down to empty, would this be a ground problem or do i need to replace the pump and sending unit?
Could be just a ground problem or a sending unit problem but not a pump problem.
check and make sure that the gas tank is grounded. check also the signal wire from the sending unit that it is not loose or cut. if all the wires are ok, then it is the sending unit which is faulty.
