Would be somewhere on the heater case, usually under dash, but some trucks have them in engine compartment on the heater case along the passenger firewall. 3 or 4 wires that go into a connector right on your heater case.
The blower motor is located under the hood in the engine compartment on the rightside on the firewall, also check the blower resistor this goes bad often and it will also stop the fan from working, test the blower, hook it to power and a ground if it turns on then its the resistor. hope this helps.
It may be a fan resistor if the fan is not working or only working on one speed, the fan ressitor is about $40.00 and is usually located under the glove box on the heater box, look for the plug that goes to the resistor unscrew the hold down bolts unplug the old switch and install the new one.
