its in the suspension some were,, it could be any thing and with out checking it out, nobody can say for certain,,, ball joints shockers wheel bearings rubber bushes steering rack/box road wheel/tires anything can cause it to woble
i would have it checked out as it will wear out lots of other parts if you dont get it fixed
There is a special tool which you need to press the ball joint out. Most national auto part chains have a free loan-a-tool. Autozone carries it, you will need to front about $125 to rent it, which will be refunded once you return the tool.
remove nut...with 4 lb sledge or heavy hammer, strike the knuckle where the ball joint is mounted ,then it will fall down as it has a beveled shaft that will release with hammer strikes to its joining knuckle
you take of the tierod nut,the lower ball joint nut and unbolt the ball joint. you may have to use a puller for the tierod and ball joint pivet shaft.yhe upper control arm has two bolts on the inner part. if you loosen the three strut nuts on top of strut the spring and strut asy will drop alittle so you can pull out the control arm bolts. then you need to take the outer pivot nut off and remove arm.not to hard if you look at it good.parts are reather high for the arm.good luck. let me know if you have any questions. i worked at lexus for 13 years.
that s because the power steering position sensor is bad roughly 90.00 did not say how long it would take But there was a recall on your ball joints for excessive wear. go to my collisionrepairadvice.com if youneed anything else
