Remove the wiper arms. Remove the metal cowl cover. Remove the [lastic screen/ grill. You will find the bushings on the arms under the cowl cover.

SOURCE: ford f150 windshield wiper bushing diagram

sounds like a loose nut. there are nuts that hold the wiper arms on, they may be under a cover but theyre at the base of the wiper arm. also there's a nut that holds the wiper linkage onto the wiper motor. if you can move the wipers independently, it's the nuts connecting the wiper arms.if you move one arm and the other moves with it, it's the nut holding the linkage to the motor.

SOURCE: broken windshield wiper arm bushing

That would be a dealer item only. You will not find a replacement in any aftermarket parts supply store that I am aware of. You may have to buy the whole arm that has the broken bushing.

One of my windshield wiper blades stopped working for my 2003 century buick could it be the motor or the fuse?

Probably not. Your car should only have 1 wiper motor if only one side has failed it is usually in the linkage located under the cowl at the base of the windshield. there a plastic or nylon bushings that wear out over time in alot of cars and trucks. most of the time the bushings can be replaced. the dealer will have the correct bushings. they are usually pretty cheap (under 10$) i have seen a few vehicles that you need to replace the whole assy. good luck

Replacing windshield wiper bushing nissan altima 99

This bushing is a pain to install, i have done many of these and end up messing them up before i get one on, to tell you the truth it does not last.I have tried to save customers money by installing the bushing and it comes back to bite me, they get mad because the wiper linkage fell off again in the rain, the sad part was that they were advised that the fix may not hold but they agreed to it to save money, i then found out that the linkage arm could be replaced , it only costs 12.00.
there are many auto part stores that sell it even the dealer, Dorman is one company, you can google it.
The way i get these bushings on it by applying a little grease around bushing and then with two sockets and a vise, i then press bushing into arm. good day hope this is helpful.

The windshield wipers on my 1999 diamante won't work. But when i turn on the windshield switch i can here the windshield motor, running!

their is three main components to your windshield wipers. their is the wiper arms, linkage and motor. Check the linkage at the motor. you can find this ether under the hood or by removing a cover that is between your windshield and hood. The linkage has bolts or allen screws that hold them on the motor and the wiper arms they may be loose. it could also be bushings that are in between the two linkage rods it could be warn out and caused the linkage to seperate. Hope this helps

I have one wiper that does not work the other stops in the middle of the windshield how can i fix them

The motor could be bad, but it's likely that the ball joint connections under the hood area under the cowl have become disconnected for the one windshield wiper arm.

The connection of the arm that moves should be checked for being at the correct angle for parking.
