How do you change them
Remove the wiper arms. Remove the metal cowl cover. Remove the [lastic screen/ grill. You will find the bushings on the arms under the cowl cover.

remove wiper arms and then you can raise the hood to remove screws that hold down the vent panel.
now carefully remove vent panel.

sounds like a loose nut. there are nuts that hold the wiper arms on, they may be under a cover but theyre at the base of the wiper arm. also there's a nut that holds the wiper linkage onto the wiper motor. if you can move the wipers independently, it's the nuts connecting the wiper arms.if you move one arm and the other moves with it, it's the nut holding the linkage to the motor.

the parts in order for this wiper system has 4 items involved.
the wiper motor, the wiper transmission, the wiper arms, and the wiper blades
if the bushing is too hard to install its destroyed and it will jamb up on you
replace the transmission unit is the best option to do

That would be a dealer item only. You will not find a replacement in any aftermarket parts supply store that I am aware of. You may have to buy the whole arm that has the broken bushing.
