Is this an aftermarket stereo or factory? Either way there is usually a separate power lead for the backup power and you might have a blown fuse. Sometimes the fuses are in-line and sometimes they are on the radio itself, in which case you need to remove it to check.
IF you have the manual for the radio it should show the location of the other fuse. It might be on the radio chassis, or it might be behind the radio in the harness. You will likely have to remove the radio to locate it. I hope that once you get that far you find that the problem is the fuse, and not something internal to the radio itself.

Hi Steve it is after market and the fuse is ok, there is no backup power supply so it would be a fuse which is not in the fuse boxes. If it is in line where might i find it and most likely operates the clock, because it was working. I think the Back Car wire (reverse camera) earthed when i lost power.
