The tc is the traction control light the switch to turn it on and off is in the glove compartment labeled tc try pressing it to see if the tc light goes off

The problem could be in the control module, but more than likely it is in the sensor under the passenger seat has lost its programming not registering a passenger. You will have to take to dealer and get them to reprogram the weight sensor.

your ignition switch needs replaced, or the lock cylinder that holds the key if it just turns freely. it will need to be taken somewhere, it's not that easy of a job. hurry before you run out of gas!! how are you shutting it off? if you can find it, you could pull the fuel pump relay, but the lites are probably on also and will drain the battery
