Question about 2006 Toyota Corolla

Broken O ring on fuel ports

2006 Toyota corolla sport. car runs rough and squirting gasoline from one of the 4 fuel ports. Took it apart, found the top o ring broke and the bottom rubber round gaskit also broken. Can't find any on line schematics to get part numbers. Can't run the car tile I get these two small o rings.

Check with dealer incase part not available separately. Might have to purchase whole assembly or obtain from wrecker.

My toyota corolla runs fine last night. this morning car don't want to start, engine is cranking and it runs at very low rpm and dies.. I check the fuse and relay.looks ok.


If no engine light is on,#1check and make sure no hoses sre broke or sucking shut.#2pull the air cleaner and try it.#3 change your fuel filter and check fuel pressure.#4 disconnect exhaust infront of cat converter. could be alot of things but this is where i would start.

Foglight Wiring Broken


We have no wiring diagrams so I suggest you ask the dealer for a detailed cost breakdown to see why they want such a large amount of money to fix this problem. Seems very high and I am a retired dealer technician.

On petrol tank is conection from pump to engine.That conection come apart and car is full of petrol.What I can or have to do?


replace the fuel pump if the piece is broken off.and put a piece of high pressure fuel line.

could be your intake, fuel pump, or it just may need some fuel additive just read the instructions

cheapest at top
additive
intake(spray carb cleaner in it while the car is running, and replace the air filter)
fuel pump can be costly unless you do it your self (not to hard)

I would take it for a second opinion. It takes a lot to crack the CC. Its 4 yrs old so the silenncer box is probably rotten and it dosent take a lot to make them fall apart.

firstly you have to reduce idle srew,and cheak for any damage vaccum,cheak the feul filter for dirty for rough runing
