I think u r referring to a milky, opaque look, a big change from the new clear lens u once had. There are a number of products on the market, which involve polishing the lens to bring it back to clear. As u may have found out, lens replacement is rather expensive, so this method of polishing will save u $. I'll post a website in a moment for u. countrycurt0

I have an 04 passat wagon. Tonight the headlights would not come on (only the fog lights or the brights). Had my oil changed yesterday and don't know if maybe they pulled a fuse or something? Any idea...

Your second low beam may have burned out last night (that is, you were running on one headlight for a while).

Buy a new headlight (you may have never changed the headlights on a 2004. If you have changed them in the past 3 or 4 years, my solutions is likely wrong.

I just bought a 2009 dodge ram without fog lights i bought a bumper with fog light an switch them out but i need to know how to connect the lights to the factory switch inside what do i need to do

If your PU didn't come with factory installed fog lights then you will need to replace your headlight switch with a fog light enabled headlight switch.

Here is a link to the factory dealer-installed instructions.....

http://www.mopardodge.com/accessories/Instructions/82208102AC_IFU.pdf

You only need to get the components you don't already have. The headlight switch that is fog enabled will pull out for fog light operation, if yous doesn't you need to replace the switch and do some wiring as shown in the pdf file linked above.

Hope this helps!

Can I or how do I take apart and clean the inside of the headlight lens of my 1999 A4 Audi. They have a fog on them that makes the lights dimmer

Unfortunetly you cant get into the lens to clean it from the inside. The "fog" up that you have is moisture that gets inside. Usually you will have to replace the headlight itself. If thats the case, you can get them used or from a salvage yard if you dont want to spend dealer price.

99 gmc denali dash light, parking lights, tail lights, and dash light dont work. Interior lights, brake lights, blinkers, headlights work Turning on the headlight switch blows number 15 drl-fog fuse...

You have a short to ground somewhere in the drl-fog lamp circuit. Check for obvious wiring connector or wiring to drl & fog lamps. check wiring for pinched or broken wires coming from sockets. If you don't find problem, you can trace wiring from lamps to main harnesses and hopefully find source of short.
hope this helps.

Headlights fogged

I have a Montana and the headlight on these vans are always fogging up inside and collect water from condensation. Most of us Montana owner's drill two 3/8 hole on the side of the headlight to allow air to circulate. That fixed the problem and no more fog or water. When you drill the hole find a spot like close to the bottom corner and look to see if the spot is clean, which would indicate that dirt and water from the rain don't collect there.
Good luck and hope this helps.

4Runner headlight has moisture inside. Light works fine

yes. it should be a fairly easy job, just be careful when removing the glass, and make sure you get your headlight re-alligned when it is done, as it will fail its mot if not done.

hope that helps.

Drivers side reverse light on while i drive.

Your car has rear fog lights. The rear light that you see come on with your headlights is your rear fog light. The light in your dash is the rear fog light indicator. To turn off your rear fog lghts push your headlight switch in half way. To turn off your front fog lights push in all of the way.
