According with the 2004 Biuck Owners Manual there are some locations...
Engine Compartment Fuse Block: the engine compartment fuse block is located near the front on the passengers side of the vehicle.
See Engine Compartment Overview on page 5-12 for more information on location.
Rear Underseat Fuse Block: the rear fuse block is located beneath
the rear seat on the drivers side. The rear seat cushion must be
removed to access the fuse block.
See Removing the Rear Seat Cushion on page 5-95.
