Interior door handle replacement 1992 honda accord

Replace it, very easy. Look at Amazon or EBay for great prices on aftermarket handles.

Remove screw, unhook rod, install new handle. Look on Amazon for best price.

IF DOOR WONT OPEN FROM INSIDE THEN IF YOU LIVE UP NORTH RUST IS PROBLEM.....TAKE A FUNNEL POUR BRAKE FLUID WHERE THE LATCH IS....WAIT 1-2 DAYS AND DOOR WILL OPEN.....SHORT TERM FIX

You are going to raise the window all the way up ,pull the door panel off so you can see the back side ot the door handle.You will see then what tools you need.The door panel is held on by some screws and clips which are a big pain in the but ,just becareful and keep up with the ones you take off .

if you take off the door interior you will find rods going from the door handles to the door opening mechanism there is probably a pin connecting those rods together that is missing also try pushing the top plastic frame of youre outer door handle in as you pull the handle

1st remove the door handle screws or screw that holds the plate up then disconnect any wires to the power switches by removing the units themselves they just pop out grab hold of the bottom and pull out from the bottom the panel it is held in place by plastic clips then lift up and off the door itself and dont forget the lock lever it just pops out as well re-installation is reverse procedure

inside the handle there is ONE screw covered by a piece of plastic. remove the plastic and then remove the screw. pull handle out and disconnect it from the door latch bar. replace in reverse

1. This may require removal of the interior door panel which should not be too difficult to figure out where all of the screws are.
2. Take your time and don't get too wild when forcing or pulling anything. If it fails to come off there is probably yet another clip or screw you missed. Many of the screws are hidden under little caps.
3. I would find a wrecking yard near you that has the part and know ahead of time if you must pull the donor part or if they pull it for you.

philips head screw driver and a flat tip to take plastic rod holder... very easy...pry rod off old and replace w/ new... unplug powerwindow switch if applicable

There is no no camber or caster adjustment on that model. If the car has been in an accident, chances are something is bent. My experience has been that the shock body and/or the steering knuckle is bent. Parts replacement is the only true fix. If the vehicle has had the ride height altered, ie. lowering springs, then there are adjustable upper control arms and ball joints available. These do generally only address the camber angle, not caster, which can also greatly affect handling. hope this helps.
