Question about 2004 Saturn ION
On that new of a car it could be a huge number of different things, you almost need to get that plug fixed and get the code off of it, but if you want ideas, I would start with a visual check on the vacuum lines, another common problem with those symtoms is the Mass Air Flow sensor but that gets pricey to just change, or could be an oxygen sensor or a number of different sensors, not really cost effective to just start replacing. Get the wiring harness fixed and that will pinpoint your problem.
