Question about 1995 Dodge Dakota
When i go to start my turck the engine cranks but wont start. also if i do get it running after many tries it will stop running when i slow the vehicle to a stop.
I had the same problem.(Your not going to like this) it turned out to be the wiring harness. There are two. Big one under the hood and little one under the dash. New ones cost almost twice the worth of the truck. I have a friend who is a mechnic that worked on mine for 2 months in his spare time. He found 3 bad spots in the harness. Dodge doesn't use resisters they use different resistent wire. The wire may look good but if it's weak it's all over. So $1200 and 2 months later it runs great. Burnt up 2 computers trying to find the problems.
