Question about 1991 Dodge Daytona
My 1991 Dodge Dayton's Speedometer and Odometer isn't working. My cruise control works and my doors automatically lock at 15 mph. So I'm guessing my speed sensor is working. Also I've checked the fuses and the electrical connections on the back of the Speedo gauge.
I had the same problem with my 90 daytona. The tach and the speedometer would work intermitantly. I took the whole gauge cluster out, and heated all the soldering with a solder gun to reflow the connections. It seems that this is a common problem with the connections cracking. You may not be able to see the cracks in the solder.
