You put it down the dipstick tube, careful not to overfill it though.

Where do I add transmission fluid?? I see the fluid level stick but no cover for a reservior. I can't find any help online and the manual has no diagram of where things should be.

You fill your transmission fluid through the dipstick tube. Be sure to check the existing transmission fluid while the vehicle is running in park after it has reached its peak operating temperature. You will notice two marks on the dipstick the bottom is a cold mark and the upper is a hot mark. If you need to add fluid be sure to use dexron mercon 3 atf and add the fluid in small increments to avoid overfilling and damaging transmission. When adding fluid add 1/4 of a quart at a time with your parking brake on and foot on the brake shift it through all ranges 2 or 3 times and check fluid again and add more fluid and repeat this step until full

Where do you put the automatic transmission fluid in

In the same hole the dipstick for the transmission is in. Small funnel works the best to minimize spillage. Also make sure you check the level of the transmission while the vehicle is in park and running and engine hot. Avoid over filling by adding small amounts at a time and re checking.

Where does on put in transmition fluid?

Before you put transmission fluid in, make sure it needs it. Check the transmission fluid with vehicle warm, engine running, emergency brake set and transmission in neutral. Pull the dipstick and wipe it off. Insert the dipstick back into the dipstick tube completely and then pull it back out. The fluid level should be between the two marks on the bottom of the dipstick. If it needs fluid pour the fluid into the dipstick tube (using a funnel). Only add about 1/2 quart of fluid at a time before you recheck it. Do not over fill the fluid.

Where is the transmission dipstick on 1995 Isuzu redeo?

There is no transmission dipstick. You have to both check and add fluid to these vehicles from underneath the vehicle. Find the transmission fluid pan and you will find two plugs. The lower plug will drain the pan and the upper one you can add fluid or check the fluid level. You will know that the level is correct when the plug is out and fluid barely leaks out of the hole. You don't want a lot coming out because you don't want to overfill. In order to get it into the hole you have to be some sort of tube to attach to the top of the bottle. They sell these types of tubes at your auto part store and they just screw on. It is very awkward, but you can actually put the bottle high enough to get the fluid in if you put it right to the left of the pan. The first time I did this on mine it was a pain but once you figure it out you will be good to go. Let me know if you have any other questions about your vehicle. Where to put in transmission fluid on my 2000 Honda Odyssey

You have a choice! You can use a small funnel and a narrow tube and try to fill through the dipstick tube hole or you can locate the actual fill plug and remove it to gain access to the fill hole. The plug looks like the top of a large bolt and is located on the top of the transmission aft of where the dipstick tube goes in. You will need a long funnel with a narrow opening or a tube to deliver the fluid into the hole.

Couldn't find mine either. It's not in the owners manual. Actually, I found out that it does not have one. According to VW Vortex, they check the fluid at the dealership by computer.
