Turn signal and hazard not working. fuse ok
How about a picture--
Where do you find the signal flasher in the dash of a 1992 ford thunderbird so that we can replace it?

Turn signal flasher module is behind dash left of steering column near chime module. I have a 94 Seville and I had that same problem you need a Turn Signal Flasher Moduel, I forgot the proper term for it but I had to get mine replaced too. When I hit the signals to turn the side light would come on but the signal light wouldn't. Its a little box you get from Cadillac it only cost like $20 - $25 and you get it installed and trust. It'll work again. I just got mine done this week and my car now has turn signals again.

The flashers are located behind the instrument panel trim, roughly between the base of the steering wheel and the ashtray, just to the left of the car lighter. To access the flashers, you need to at least loosen the lower instrument panel trim. Just under the steering column there are two screws with star heads. One to the left of the column and one to the right. You need to remove both of these screws. You will need to remove your ashtray. On the upper left corner of the hole left by removing the ashtray is a 9/32 hex head screw. You need to remove it. Once these three screws are removed you should be able to pull down on this portion of trim under your instrument cluster. When you do this it may cause trim around your instrument cluster to loosen that you can just pop back into place with your hand. You won't need to pull down to far on this trim piece as there are still some screws holding the bottom. You should be able to pull it down far enough to see the flasher units behind and just to the left of the cigarette lighter. There are two flasher units and I found that the one on the right is for the turn signals. On the left the other is for the hazard flashers. It may be a hand scraping experience to replace the flasher but it beats paying someone to do it for you. They are easy to recognize because the are silver and round metallic plug ins. The flasher unit on the left is for the emergency flashers and the one on the right is for turn signals. You can place the emergency flasher unit into the slot the turn signal unit belongs until you get a replacement. These flasher units are pretty cheap.

Next best guess is the flasher unit has failed, this could be your little blue box, pick up a replacement at any auto parts store and replace it.

The flasher is a small round plastic cylinder (unless replaced with a metal one) behind the left edge of the glove box that will look similar to the one in the fuse panel. The first step is to squeeze gently both sides of the open glove box and let it swing downward. It will be snapped into a metal horizontal brace just to the left of the glovebox opening by a small tab and have two wires attached. The number more than likely will be a #552 although I have seen a factory one with a Warner #224

Sounds like the flasher unit to me. Normally the emergency flasher and turn signal are separate.

Turn signals and hazard warning not working. Cannot locate the flasher.
You need to take the large cover under the steering column off. It has 3 bolts along the bottom then give a wiggle it will slide off careful no to break plastic guides on back that hold the top in place. Once this is removed looking forward to the left inside the hole you will see a black square box about 2 inches big held to the car with a single bolt. Use a socket an extention to remove this screw. The fuse and harness come out. Then just pull the fuse relay up from the socket use little wiggle and force if stuck on should slip off. Put new one on lining up 3 prongs only goes on 1 way then reverse order to reassemble. Takes about 15 minutes just need small socket set as screws are I forget around 1/4 inch hex head bolts
